Direct Desktop Support

Using the Direct Desktop Support program you can invite a Citrus engineer to view and operate your Windows desktop. This makes life much easier for everyone concerned!

Step 1 Contact us (0207 100 2410) to arrange a support session

Step 2 Click here to download the small Direct Desktop Support application and save it to your desktop.

Step 3 (A) Open the application (citrus.exe) and (B) double-click the server name specified by the Citrus engineer.


The session will end when the Citrus engineer disconnects and the application will unload itself from memory. Your desktop will no longer be viewable until you re-run and re-invite the engineer back on to your desktop.
